Dexsport treats user privacy as an important part of its platform operations. This Privacy Policy applies to users who access dexsport.io, use Dexsport decentralized applications, or interact with related websites, tools, digital services, and online environments provided by Dexsport. For consistency, these websites, applications, tools, services, and related online environments are referred to in this Policy as the “Interface”.

This Privacy Policy explains how Dexsport may collect, use, store, protect, transfer, disclose, and otherwise process Personal Data connected with use of the Interface. Dexsport determines the purposes and methods of such processing. Privacy-related questions may be sent to [email protected].

This Policy applies only to Personal Data collected through the Interface or during user interaction with it. It does not apply to information collected offline, through unaffiliated third-party websites, or through channels not connected with the Dexsport Interface.

Age Requirement and Children’s Privacy

The Interface is available only to users who are at least eighteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the Interface, users confirm that they meet this age requirement.

Dexsport does not knowingly provide services to minors and does not intentionally collect or process Personal Data belonging to children. If a user discovers or suspects that a child has submitted Personal Data through the Interface, the situation may be reported to [email protected]. After reviewing and verifying the case, Dexsport will delete the relevant information where appropriate.

Scope of Processing

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Data processing activities arising from user interaction with the Interface. Dexsport may process Personal Data where this is necessary for platform operation, maintenance, security, analytics, performance monitoring, communications, and optimization.

Dexsport may work with external service providers where their support is required for technical maintenance, project management, communications, data analysis, statistics, marketing-related services, performance monitoring, security assurance, or operational support. These providers may access Personal Data only where such access is necessary for the relevant service. Their access is limited to the assigned service purpose and related responsibilities.

Types of Personal Data

Dexsport follows a data minimization approach and seeks to collect only the Personal Data needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Depending on how users interact with the Interface, Dexsport may process the following categories of information.

Contact Data may include physical addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, and other contact details voluntarily provided by users through the Interface.

Technical Data may include IP addresses, MAC addresses, browser information, device information, domain server data, logs, location-related data, traffic patterns, performance data, website security records, and similar usage information generated during access to or use of the Interface.

On-chain Financial Data may include blockchain-related information generated through Interface activity, such as wallet addresses, transaction records, account balances, and other relevant blockchain data.

Sources of Personal Data

Dexsport may collect Personal Data directly from users, automatically through the Interface, or from third-party and public sources where permitted by applicable law.

Users may provide Identity Data and Contact Data through whitelist-enabled forms or other compliant interaction points available through the Interface. Technical Data may be collected automatically through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies. Such data helps support Interface operation, protect platform security, and measure usage performance.

Dexsport may also obtain information from third parties or public sources where this is relevant to platform operation, security, analysis, fraud prevention, or optimization.

Use of Personal Data

Dexsport processes Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and for legitimate platform-related purposes. Personal Data may be used to maintain Interface functionality, provide technical support, prevent fraud, improve security, evaluate performance, resolve technical issues, optimize user experience, and analyze visitor behavior.

Dexsport may use tools such as Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the Interface and to measure platform activity. Marketing, advertising, informational, or service-related emails may be sent only where permitted by law. Personal Data may also be processed to identify, investigate, or address fraudulent misuse of the Interface.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Interface uses cookies and similar technologies to support core platform functions. These technologies may help maintain service operation, support platform security, analyze user interaction, remember browser settings, measure performance, and collect statistical information.

Users may accept or reject cookies through the platform’s cookie banner or manage them independently through browser settings. Disabling cookies may cause some Interface functions to become unavailable or operate incorrectly.

Retention of Personal Data

Dexsport retains Personal Data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Retention periods may depend on operational needs, security requirements, legal obligations, accounting obligations, reporting requirements, and dispute resolution.

Relevant records are retained for at least thirty days after termination of the user relationship or relevant contract. This period may be extended where required or permitted by applicable law. Personal Data that no longer needs to be retained will be deleted, anonymized, or restricted in use.

International Processing and Transfers

Personal Data processed by Dexsport may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in other countries or regions. Data protection rules in those jurisdictions may differ from the rules in force in the user’s place of residence.

Dexsport will take reasonable measures in accordance with applicable laws to safeguard Personal Data throughout transfer, storage, and processing.

Security Measures

Privacy and security are important considerations in Dexsport’s platform design. Dexsport uses technical and organizational measures to help protect Personal Data against risks such as unauthorized access, misuse, leakage, tampering, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure.

Encryption protocols and security software may be used for data transmission where appropriate. However, electronic storage and transmission cannot guarantee absolute security. Users should remain cautious when using the Interface and take reasonable steps to protect their own devices, accounts, and access credentials.

Updates to This Privacy Policy

Dexsport may update this Privacy Policy when changes occur to its business practices, legal obligations, technical procedures, operational requirements, or Personal Data processing workflows. Updated content will be published on dexsport.io or otherwise made available through the Interface.

Users are advised to review this Policy regularly. Continued use of the Interface after an updated version is published will be treated as acknowledgment of the revised terms. Users who do not agree with the processing of their Personal Data may stop using the Interface or exercise rights available under applicable data protection laws.
